Offering help 24 hours a day, the alarm gives you the freedom to live your life, safe in the knowledge that if there is an accident or you have a fall, you can get help quickly.

Age UK have come up with 3 steps to give you peace at mind, which are below....

Step 1- You press your alarm

Press the button on you pendant or wristband and wait a moment to be connected to the emergency response centre.

Step 2- Your call is answered

A PPP Taking Care operator will take your call within second. You should hear them answer through the base unit.

Step 3- Help is on the way

The help you need will be with you as soon as possible. It really is that simple.
