This is an organisation that support people suffering with bereavement. They are there for you when you need it the most.
Trying to cope with a loss of loved one is extremely hard, I'm currently dealing with the passing of my granddad as he passed away very recently. I wasn't allowed to go to his funeral, so I didn't get to say goodbye. This makes me feel guilty and upset, anyway this post isn't about me...
Sue Ryder offers practical and emotional support 24 hours, 7 days a week. This is amazing as personally, I tend to feel worse at night... I think it is amazing that they are able to provide support 24/7.
There are quotes on how they can help.
You can also get support from others who understand, which can really help.
It can make you feel like you are not alone. Even though we all know everyone passes away at some point, sometimes it helps when people reinforce that you are not alone.
I recommend if you have been or are going a bereavement to join their community at www.sueryder.org/notalone
